As of a couple of years ago, all my Customers, regardless of whether the event is a Wedding, Civil Partnership, Wedding, Birthday or Anniversary, are asked to complete a simple Customer Satisfaction Survey.

This serves two purposes.

  1. It allows me to see the areas that i may need to improve upon.
  2. It allows prospective customers like yourself, the opportunity to see an unbiased and unaltered opinion of myself and the service that i provide.
